After the elimination of Darren Young last week, there are just four NXT Rookies left – Wade Barrett, Justin Gabriel, David “A-List” Otunga and Heath Slater. Whose dream of becoming the next breakout WWE Superstar will be shattered?

Josh Matthews is with the final four NXT rookies who are asked who they think will be eliminated tomorrow. Justin Gabriel picks Heath Slater as he is not worthy of WWE. Wade Barrett agrees with Gabriel and picks Slater. Heath Slater says he isn’t going anywhere and picks David Otunga. As for Otunga, he also picks Slater, who bores him. Otunga and Slater share a few words as Matthews sends it back to ringside.

Wade Barrett def. Darren Young

With his encouraging WWE Pro, Chris Jericho, at ringside, Wade Barrett dominated fellow NXT Rookie, Darren Young. The British bareknuckle brawler heeded Jericho’s advice and defeated Young with his devastating finisher, while The South Beach Party Boy received no support from his WWE Pro, CM Punk, who watched the match from the stage. Barrett’s record increased to 7-4, while Young’s dropped to the same – 7-4.
