On January 8, Wade announced on his Twitter his new music entrance as imminent. This Monday 30th of January, WWE has officially released his new theme on iTtunes.

“I Just Don’t Care Anymore”, by Jim Johnston (and featuring American Fangs)

Lyrics:

I don’t care what you think of me
I don’t care what you think you are
Don’t care if you think you’re right and wrong
I won’t be what you’ve always been
And your life belongs to me!
Belongs to me!
Belongs to me!
To me!
To me!

Look in my eyes and tell me,
tell me what you see
In my eyes is a cold fire
And it’s so burning hot to make me

I just don’t care anymore
I don’t care anymore
I just don’t care anymore
I just don’t care!

The rich takes this new kid getting richer
And the poor they got none left
But you one more got from that stall man
because he screams what’s wrong with this.

I just don’t care anymore
I don’t care anymore
I just don’t care anymore
I just don’t care!

I don’t care what you think of me
I don’t care what you think you are
Don’t care if you think you’re right and wrong
I won’t be what you’ve always been
And your life belongs to me!
Belongs to me!

Creed is nobodies cancer
And you took what’s more than you should
Then you thought we always would follow
You were wrong and we know no one cared.

I just don’t care anymore
I don’t care anymore
I just don’t care anymore
I just don’t care!

I don’t care what you think of me
I don’t care what you think you are
Don’t care if you think you’re right and wrong
I won’t be what you’ve always been
And your life belongs to me!
Belongs to me!
Belongs to me!
Me!
To me!

A rock song which blows an energetic wind of change on the WWE after more than a year with his previous “End of Days” theme. With his recent new tee-shirt and the huge push the Barrett Barrage is still getting, we can only hope that this bodes well for Wade’s future.

You may love this new song, or hate it, but rest assured that it’s going to get stuck in your mind for a while!

Kansas City, MO – Keeping close watch on the Viper after the results of last night’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view, Wade Barrett will take on Randy Orton this Friday on SmackDown. The English Superstar looked on tonight as Orton battled Dolph Ziggler on Raw SuperShow.

Randy Orton def. Dolph Ziggler (Wade Barrett watches/commentates from skybox)
Earlier today, Dolph Ziggler confronted John Laurinaitis about last night’s WWE Championship Match at Royal Rumble and demanded a rematch. Following up on a solid effort in the Royal Rumble Match, Randy Orton returned to action for the first time in six weeks, as the Superstar who put him out of commission, Wade Barrett, watched form a skybox. With a blistering offense, The Viper took it to Ziggler and defeated him with an RKO.

NOTE: During this match Wade Barrett trended worldwide on Twitter!

WWE Royal Rumble 2012 Results

St. Louis, MO – The Road to WrestleMania began tonight and although the mighty Barrett Barrage hit a minor speed bump upon being eliminated in the 30-man battle royal, rest assured that the English Superstar will speed ahead past the rest of the competition on the way to Miami over the next several weeks.

Sheamus Wins the 2012 Royal Rumble Match

The lucky number tonight should have been 26 (Wade Barrett‘s entry this year in the match), but tonight the luck of the Irish would prevail as the Celtic Warrior Sheamus eliminated Chris Jericho to become the winner of the 2012 Royal Rumble match. Barrett was eliminated moments earlier by another enemy, the returning Randy Orton. Orton’s eliminating his English nemesis, however, was only a fleeting victory as Orton himself was eliminated not long after. Despite the ending at the pay-per-view, the WWE Universe is almost certain that the battles between the Viper and the bare-knuckle brawler are far from over.

Thanks to Erin for sharing live shots from the show! Check them all out in the Gallery!

WWE.com Interviews Wade Barrett on Orton’s Return & Other News
Posted On: Jan 27, 2012 | By: Tiffany | Comment

WWE.com stopped Wade Barrett to ask him his thoughts on the return of his nemesis, Randy Orton. As per usual, the interviewer’s question was not up to Barrett’s standards, so the English Superstar commandeered the camera as well as the remainder of the interview segment!

This Sunday is the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, and many at Bleacher Report are favoring Wade Barrett in the 30-man battle royale match. Columnist Brian Mazique is of this opinion and penned a column this week about why a win for Barrett would provide excellent momentum.

…Orton returned to action a few days ago, battling Barrett again to no real conclusion. They will definitely clash at the PPV. However, the later in the Rumble this happens, the more impacting it is to the outcome.

If he costs Orton the win, he would also deny Orton the opportunity to become just the fourth man to have won the Royal Rumble multiple times, following Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels.

At this point, Barrett needs to win the Rumble more than Orton and any other superstar. The ascension of his push is running a bit long and it’s about time for him to capture the big victory that lets him take the next step.

Tuscon, AZ – The Viper returned ready to strike, but he doesn’t quite seem ready enough to completely decimate the ever-growing power of the Barrett Barrage. Earlier it was announced that Wade Barrett would face Randy Orton in their first face-to-face encounter after the devastating injury Orton suffered last month at the hands of Barrett in a Falls Count Anywhere match. However, the match quickly turned into an all-out, nearly unstoppable brawl.

Wade Barrett vs. Randy Orton battle to No Contest

Confident that the Viper would not dare to make his return, Wade Barrett entered the ring, demanded a bit of decorum from the audience before speaking, and stated that Randy Orton – despite any attempted comebacks – would never be the same again after last month’s devastating injury at Barrett’s hands. Orton then made his way to the ring, fueled with anger at having been bested by the bare-knuckle brawler. The two enemies began brawling, and not even ring officials running to ringside could break up the melee. Finally, SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long ordered members of the SmackDown roster backstage to come restore order. Barrett departed still standing tall yet watching as the Viper took his frustrations out by delivering a series of RKOs to those who dared stop the brawl.
